Todd has extensive experience in a wide range of financial and operational activities that span a 30-year career. Todd was a senior executive with the largest Denny’s restaurant franchisee, a publicly-held company with multi-state operations and over $400M of revenue. Previously he spent 14 years with Deloitte in both the audit and reorganization services Department. He has serviced on the boards of Star Buffet, a publicly-held restaurant company, and Buffets, Inc. a 357- unit chain. Todd has an MBA from the University of Missouri and a BA in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. |
