Tim has been a banking professional in the Arizona market for more than 40 years. Tim comes to Gainey from Alerus Financial, where he worked as a Senior Business Advisor since 2011. Tim was responsible for assisting commercial business clients in all aspects of banking, including loans, deposits, cash management, wealth management, and employee benefits. Before Alerus, Tim worked for BNC National Bank, M&I Bank, and Heritage Bank in several executive roles. In addition to his work as a community banker, Tim has been involved with numerous local small business organizations, and he has a passion for improving education for underprivileged schools. Tim is active in the Arizona Small Business Administration, the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, and the National Tool and Machining Association‐Arizona Chapter.
