Doreen Reinke is an equity Partner and Chief Operating Officer at RaisinBread an online digital Insurtech, responsible for Business Operations, Customer Engagement, Marketing and Human Resources. Prior to joining RaisinBread, Doreen was employed by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company as Vice President of Operations and has an extensive professional career in the insurance industry spanning over 40 years. Doreen has been recognized by Insurance Business America as an “Elite Women” for her personal and professional achievements in changing the face of the insurance industry and breaking the “glass ceiling” for professional women. As a community leader and activist, Doreen has been honored as a diversity champion for her work in promoting civil and human rights nationally and locally. Committed to community leadership, Doreen is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership and served as President of the Board of Directors and continues to serve on its Advisory Council while also a recipient of the Frank W. Hodges Alumni Achievement Award. Doreen serves on the Scottsdale Chamber Commerce Board of Directors serving as President of the Board of Directors from 2019-2021. Doreen is a member of the President’s Advisory Council for Scottsdale Community College. As a certified coach, Doreen works with young professionals through C-suite leaders on career planning, branding and transformational leadership. Doreen is a proud Scottsdale Community College Artichoke alumnus and earned her Undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. |
